Shipping & Returns

Orders are printed after checkout, typically within 2–5 business days, then handed to carriers. Shipping is a first-item rate plus an extra charge for each additional item, unless the order qualifies for free shipping.

Free shipping may apply above the store threshold configured in settings. Tracking is provided once the Printful shipment is created.

Because products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. Defective or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund when reported promptly with photos and order details.
